A world traveler who formerly worked as a nurse and left the States to join the Peace Corps to serve those less fortunate people in distant corners of the world, Paula Favage has always loved writing. Mostly, she spins tales based upon her own exotic lifestyle and multicultural heritage. A gourmet cook who is equally comfortably whipping up a batch of hummus and pita bread as she is frying bacon and eggs, she lives life to the fullest–and that shows through her novels, the latest of which is Afghani Skies.
Before becoming a novelist, Ms. Favage worked as a full-time nurse and a part-time model. She was born and raised in the Midwest where she presently resides on a farm with her husband, two dogs, and three cats.
